Kim Kardashian didn’t waste much time before she showed off the results of her “flu diet”.

The reality star, 36, was spotted flaunting her super slim waist and thighs while making her way into La Scala restaurant in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.

The mum-of-two’s upper abs were also on display in a tiny crop top, which she paired with tight cream leather trousers and lace up boots.

A few hours after the snaps were taken, the reality star caused uproar when she tweeted about being 6lbs down after suffering from the flu.

The reality beauty proudly took to Twitter to celebrate her 6lb weight loss, but angered some fans in the process.

She posted on the site: “The flu can be an amazing diet. So happy it came in time for the Met lol #6lbsdown.”

But what was probably intended as a light-hearted tweet, upset a few people.

One person commented, “People die from the flu Kim, it’s not a diet.”

Another wrote, “Really into this new fad diet kim k is talking about called ‘the flu'”.

“Hopefully I get the flu so I can lose weight like kim kardashian,” tweeted another.

Kim later deleted the tweet

But others felt people were being too sensitive, with a fan adding: “Kim kardashian said the flu is a good diet, as a joke, because she lost weight from it, and people are crying. The world is so sensitive.”

And: “Omg… it was a joke!!! everyone knows it s not a diet! lol it s just being sick! god we can’t say anything anymore!” [sic]

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star deleted the tweet, but later retweeted pictures of herself looking super slim, and adding: “flu got me like…”

“THE FLU IS NOT A DIET STOP!!!!” wrote one fan, while another asked: “Girl why did u delete the iconic flu tweet?”

Kim’s representatives told Mirror Online: “It was a joke – sarcasm.”
